Consulting For Our Circular Future
When the "Why" Shifts
Fifty Women. Fifty Turning Points. One Ripple Effect
The No Permission Series, founded by Ambriel Pouncy, is a global convening that brings visionary voices together to reimagine leadership, culture, and systems for the future.
During the 70th Session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, women leaders are invited to contribute to When the Why Shifts, a collaborative leadership anthology exploring a defining question:
What happens when a woman’s “why” shifts?
These moments often mark a turning point, reshaping how women lead, build, and influence the world around them. This project reflects a broader commitment to social and intergenerational sustainability, recognizing that advancing women’s leadership strengthens not only present systems, but the opportunities available to future generations.
Grounded in principles of sustainability, circular thinking, gender equality, and technological innovation, the book will explore how inclusive leadership and equitable access to opportunity help build more resilient and sustainable societies.
Together, these reflections will form a shared source of insight and inspiration.

This anthology is rooted in a simple but powerful belief:
When a woman’s “why” shifts, the ripple can reshape organizations, industries, and the future for generations to come.
Your voice will help illuminate that ripple.
